What you will do
As a Junior CSM Junior / intern at IWD New York, you work closely with our team to assist with projects for all our local clients. You will be involved in every step of a project’s life cycle: from scoping to delivery & user training and personalized support and assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • You will work closely with our Studio team and freelancers: prepare briefs, check their work and give them feedback to comply with clients’ briefs.
  • You will assist in the production and delivery of all East Coast projects.
  • You are part of our support team and are responsible for answering users’ questions.
  • You organize and train users on IWD solutions (face to face or web call).
  • You assist the CSMs in creating documents for the clients.

Preferred experience
What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Recent graduates welcome.
  • Previous work experience in a small tech company is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills / Tech Savvy (Office Pack, especially Excel, Photoshop is a plus).
  • Strong interest in retail and merchandising as well as new technologies.
  • Responsible, independent, positive and persistent.
  • Ability to initiate new ideas and adapt easily.
