Job description
As a Studio Project Manager, you will be reporting to the US Team leader and will be in close relationship with the Studio in Paris and the US Customer Success Managers, coordinating different external resources.


Your mission will include :

Production management:

  • Supervising the projects, specifically the main production phases: brief receipt, inventories including back & forth with the CSMs in the US, delivery and follow-up.
  • Guaranteeing all clients expectations are met and regularly coordinate/communicate with internal stakeholders (CSMs, Global Studio and other IWD offices…).
  • Managing the production schedule & coordinate US STUDIO resources and/or external freelancers (photographers, graphic designers, 3D designers...): prepare briefs, check their work, give them feedback to comply with clients’ needs and ensure qualitative content deliveries in due time.
  • Executing US internal production and ensuring on-time delivery to our clients’ platforms.
  • You‘ll be proactive in improving the existing processes and alerting stakeholders to make sure the projects are running well.

Resources coordination:

  • Managing suppliers (independent freelancers + agencies).
  • Sourcing new suppliers (US and abroad).
  • Building a long-lasting collaboration with our suppliers.

Profitability optimization:

  • Following up on the internal projects costs.
  • Ensure profitability of all services delivered.

Preferred Experience

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • Experience: 3 years minimum of professional experience, ideally in an agency or assets production environment.
  • Relevant experience in a complex project-based environment and had responsibility for delivering different projects on-time and on budget in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the beauty/fashion industries is a plus.
  • Strong interest in merchandising as well as new technologies.
  • Ability to build a solid relationship with our suppliers.
  • Versatility to supervise many projects/topics at the same time.
  • Attention to detail: we pride ourselves on the quality of our deliverables, from an email to a client presentation. Achieving this is a critical success factor for the role.
  • Advanced user of basic Microsoft Office programs and Google suite.
  • Comfortable with Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

  • Must be fluent in English. French is a plus.
